FELLOWSHIP TEAM

Fellowship Night Organizer
Helps organize and plan our monthly fellowship events. Ongoing monthly event scheduled on the 4th Monday of the month. Decides what type of event it will be (Coffee night, Testimony night, Game night etc). Finds host or location for the event. Coordinates details and promotion of the event with the Creative team.

Greeters
Welcomes women at our events. Helps with name tags, etc. Makes women feel welcomed.

Inviters
Helps pass out flyers at weekend services to invite women to events that occur throughout the year.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH TEAM

Spiritual Growth Coordinator
Helps find spiritual growth leaders - women who are interested in leading bible or book studies. Helps organize dates and locations for studies. Coordinates details and promotion of the event with the Creative team.

Spiritual Growth Leaders
Women who have a heart for leading bible studies or book studies. Chooses the study and communicates with the Spiritual Growth Coordinator to set up dates, location and promotion of the study.

PRAYER & PRAISE

Prayer & Praise Ministry Leader
Receives prayer requests and praises and sends them to her prayer team. Prays with individuals who requests prayer at weekend services or women's events.

Prayer Team - Email only
Receives Prayer requests and prays for the requests.

Prayer Team - Email and Service/Event
Prays at church on weekends or at events with those wanting prayer.

OUTREACH TEAM

Helps with our outreach events, planning, encouraging women to get involved. Goes to the outreach events.

CREATIVE TEAM

This team helps with the creative ideas and promotion, marketing of our events.

Facebook - Updates status, accepts friend requests and adds events to our REAL Whylife Facebook account.

Blogs - Keeps our blogs updated. Adds events, photos, opportunities etc. to our blogs.

Bulletin - ensures events are posted in the weekend bulletin.

Flyers - Creates flyers for our events and makes sure they are printed for distribution at weekend services.

Photographers - Takes photos at our events and posts them to our Picaso account.

EVENTS

Event Organizer
Organizes the large events that we plan throughout the year.
Events: Retreat, Outreach Event, Summer Sleepover

Event Team
Helps Event Organizer with the planning and details of the event.
Details such as Location, Theme, Creative, Message, Administration, Sales etc.

CARING AND COMPASSION TEAM

Often times the LifeChurch office receives calls when help—driving to doctor appointment, fixing a meal or two, picking up prescriptions, etc.

Kinship Kitchen
Organizes meals to be delivered to families when women have had babies, been in the hospital, very sick etc.
